Personal data we process

ICE Utility Professionals processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. This includes, for example, personal data from:

- Clients
- Persons showing interest in our services
- Persons interested in performing work through ICE Utility Professionals

ICE Utility Professionals does not process any special personal data through the website.

Purpose and basis for processing personal data

ICE Utility Professionals processes your personal data for the following purposes:

- Sending our newsletter.
- To be able to email you if necessary to carry out our services.
- Informing you of changes to our services and products.
- To analyse your behaviour on our website in order to improve the website and tailor the offer of products and services to your preferences.

ICE Utility Professionals does not, on the basis of automated processing, make decisions about matters that could (significantly) affect individuals. These are decisions that are made by computer programmes or systems, without any human being (e.g. an employee of ICE Utility Professionals) being involved.

Retention period personal data

ICE Utility Professionals does not keep your personal data longer than necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data are collected. If we have informative contact that does not result in a contractual collaboration, we keep your personal data for a maximum of one year.

If our contact leads to a (usually) contractual cooperation, we keep personal data for as long as is necessary for the cooperation in question and our services. After the cooperation ends, we keep personal data for a maximum of one year.

The above retention periods obviously do not apply to personal data for which retention periods are laid down in laws and regulations such as the National Income Tax Act and the Personal Data Protection Act. ICE Utility Professionals applies these statutory retention periods.

Sharing personal data with third parties

ICE Utility Professionals shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. ICE Utility Professionals remains responsible for this processing. In addition, ICE Utility Professionals does not provide your personal data to other third parties. We only do this with your express permission.

We use the lead generation service of Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The tool recognises company visits to our website based on IP addresses and shows us publicly available information, such as company names or addresses. In addition, Leadinfo sets two first-party cookies, to evaluate user behaviour on our website and the tool processes domains from form entries (e.g. "Leadinfo.com") to correlate IP addresses with companies and improve services. View, modify or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent to data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by ICE Utility Professionals and you have the right to data portability. This means you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have stored about you in a computer file to you or another organisation named by you.

You can send a request to access, correct, delete, transfer your personal data or request the revocation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to privacy@ice-up.eu.

To ensure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

Process & Performance Professionals deal with (re)formulating and achieving business objectives in the given, sometimes strongly changing, context. Naturally, our Interim (Project) Managers steer towards achieving the previously set goal. Besides steering on hard targets, they also have an eye for people!
