If our contact leads to contractual cooperation, we will keep the personal data for as long as necessary for respective cooperation and our services. After termination of the cooperation, we keep the personal data for a maximum of one year.

The above retention periods do not apply to personal data for which the retention period is laid down in legislation and regulations, such as the Government Tax Act (Wet Rijksbelasting) and the Dutch Data Protection Act (Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens). ICE Utility Professionals uses these legal retention periods.
